Custom Orders:

• Custom orders for large sinks, bathtubs, and bulk orders may require additional fabrication time, with a production period of up to 2 weeks.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

• USA, UK, Europe, and Most Countries: Estimated delivery within 4-12 business days.
• Shipping times may vary due to customs processing delays, which are beyond our control.

After Shipping:

• An email containing the tracking number will be sent to you after your order has shipped.
• Enjoy free shipping via DHL EXPRESS.
• Please be aware that delivery delays may occur.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

• A Shipment Confirmation email will be sent to you with the tracking number(s).
• Tracking number(s) will become active within 24 hours of shipment.
